Greetings
I had ordered medicines worth total **** since past one year from you
I had ordered medicines on * Jan **** and they were delivered on * Jan ****
The doctor check up was on ** Jan **** and there was some change in medicines
I want * old medicines replaced with new medicines, the * old medicines are not opened and in seal condition
Your Customer care is adamant and not supporting say the return window is closed
All am saying is the vendor will take it back if you approve it, I will order new medicines from pharm easy only
Would appreciate if you can support and not be adamant like your customer service
