Booked with ID as ********* and paid Rs.***.** on line for accommodation at Hotel KNR HEAVEN VILLIANUR PUDUCHERRY for **th August and **st August.On **.**.** I was told that my booking got cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and the amount will be refunded within * hours.
As told the amount not refunded and on checked It is found that my booking is completed.
Which means that this Hotel KNR HEAVEN cheated me and utilised my booking for some other.
Due to which I am fully mentally disturbed and financial loss of Rs.***.**.
Based on this , please block list the hotel KNR HEAVEN VILLIANUR PUDUCHERRY and arrange to refund the amount of Rs. ***.** immediately.
