I have recieved one product on **th july , that was defective. For the same I have placed and return request for the same. On **th july they picked up my order from my home and no update was provided to me. After few days the application shows that my return request has been cancelled as no pickup was done. After calling meesho everyday they can't help me. As per their policy my amount should reflect after * * days after the pickup but neither that happened nor they provide me any update. All the executives only asked me to wait. I'm facing this issue from last **days. I want to talk to their seniors they didn't connect me to any one of them..
