Hathway braodband in Hyderabad - Refund

I am Anil Kumar from Hyderabad.Hathway Executive called me for an Internet connection and explained about the plan details.I choosed a plan of * months.Paid a total amount of rupees ****/. on Feb **th ****.Generated My Hathway Acc No is **********.Hathway Installation person reached me and inspected the building throughly and said that there is no feasibility in my building and we cannot offer a connection.Then I requested him to refund my amount.He said I will close this ticket form backend and you will receive the refund in * working days.I said ok and till the date no refund has been issued.I spoke to the customer care several times.I have few proofs that I have visited the branch in begumpet White House building.Spoke to the manager of hathway..They said that the refund will be delivered very soon.Its been * months and now the people are not responding to my calls.I was mentally disturbed because of these hathway people and their irrespective response.Please Help me..
