I booked tickets from jothpur to Chennai for myself and spouse in Spice jet on Saturday.But after a day i received a msg that date changed to Sunday and both separateed to other flights without my permission .I called Spice jet customer care and explained the medical emergency of my wife they not properly responded and canceled the flight ticket.spice jet informed that full amount refunded from there end you go to ask Booking agency (Easemytrip) I shared all msg to Easemytrip through by mail but no response.
