Hi I booked my ticket from Mumbai to Hyderabad through Red bus App for ** Dec **** with Citizen Travels Ticket No TQDk ******** PNR no *****. As informed by the Travel Agent due to technical issue the bus was cancelled.Iam calling this travel agent from one week no Reponse.Please solve.my issue and refund my money back.
