Had booked a return flight from Mumbai and Goa with Go Air and Air Asia through MakeMyTrip dated April **, **** and return on April **, **** in March before lockdown. As per the SC order and DGCA guidelines https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/business/india-business/covid-cancellations-after-sc-order-dgca-issues-detailed-refund-rules/articleshow/********.cms. Air Asia has refunded the amount however MMT has deducted convenience fee for no reason stating it is non refundable and Go Air is refusing to refund the amount even after subsequently informing both MMT and GoAir that we reside outside India and credit shell till March **** will not beneficial to us. Have followed up subsequent times and have lost complete trust in both these organisations
