Hi Team,
Please note that I had made payment for the Airtel Broadband connection on **/**/**** for the sales person because i did not receive any link from Airtel. Later i had made payment to sales person itself via phone Pay.However, I received message stating that it is not feasible in your premises. So raised for refund on the same on the same on **/**/****. But still i did not receive any amount or resolution they have come up with many nonsense reason that we haven't received any amount from you. I have been following up the emails.
