kf clothingstore - Refumd not given for an undelivered product

I have ordered a product from an online shopping instagram account name @kf_clothingstore_ on **th july. I prepaid the amount of Rs. **** to their google pay number +** ***** *****. At first, they sent me the product to the wrong coriour office which hasn't home delivery. So I contacted the online site through instagram and they said me to ask the coriour office to return back the product to them so they will choose another coriour which has home delivery. As they said, i contacted the coriour office and asked to sent back the product. After that, they was no respond from that site. I tried to contact them through instagram, whatsapp number and mails. But no use... So i started commenting about this in their page thereby i came to know that there is one more person who faced the same problem... We both commented on their page about this... That works and they responded to my WhatsApp message on **th September **** by saying that they will refund soon. So, i waited for * days.. Now it can be seen that they blocked me from their instagram page and not responding to my whatsapp number...
