I have ordered fridge from flipkart on big billion days for exchange,first time when they delivered the fridge was damaged on the leg. after that they have replaced the fridge. The second fridge which arrived after replacement was also damaged.Flipkart customer care supportors told there is only refund for the fridge and the product will be taken and exchanged product worth **** will not be included,but I need only the replacement. I have contacted over * person nammed Ajith,singaravelu,Priya,Mukesh. Call has been hung all the time and the proper solution was not given. I need replacement or compensation for the product.
