We got 'Volta-Beko double door-***L' refrigerator in **** with ** years compressor warranty and * years comprehensive warranty. While the freezing section was working well, refrigerator section had cooling issues. We recently filed a complaint with the company and after a second visit, Voltas techie filled the gas (Cost: Rs ****+***), but cooling lasted only for a day. This time ( in * -* days), both the freezer and lower section coolings lost cooling. After multiple complaints, company is not helping us either with the repair or replacement of their product.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
