Godreg refrigerator - Refrigerator is not working properly

I bought Godrej refrigerator from amazon on **/**/****. It is working fine for few days. On **/**/**** it is stopped cooling raised complaint technician came and resolved saying thermocol stuck up. Again on **/**/**** refrigerator not cooling and gave sounds. I raised complaint this time technician stated ants went in and insisted to use stabilizer. I also asked him to exchange the product because how can ants spoil the functioning of refrigerator it isnt a valid point but he refused for exchange. We started using stabilizer and on **/**/**** it again not working. How can a brand new refrigerator gives this times of trouble its not even *months of purchase.
