makeO Healthcare Technologies Private Limited - Referral cashback pending from makeo toothsi

I joined the Toothsi (now makeO) referral program more than * years ago and successfully referred multiple users. As per their referral scheme, a total cashback of ₹**,*** became due and is still showing as “Pending” in my makeO/Toothsi wallet/dashboard.Their official Terms & Conditions (at the time of referral) never mentioned any limit of * referrals, “selective marketing only”, or any cap on cashback. Despite this, the company is refusing to release the amount and giving false excuses like “only selected users can do marketing” and “maximum * referrals allowed” – none of which is written anywhere.I have been following up with their customer care for over * years through calls, emails, and WhatsApp – no resolution
