Employable Edutech Pvt Ltd Edwisor - Referral amount promised by company not received

I joined Edwisor on January *th ****. They promised me that if I refer my friend then they would give me and my friend Rs ***** each by **th April ****. I asked one of my friend named Riya Prasad to join edwisor and she joined but we both didn't get our referral money back before the due date. I have been following up for the referral amount since March but I only got one response that is "We will get our money before **th April ****" but it did not happen. I have been calling them since **th April but they keep on delaying the matter. I also have the emails and call recordings which I have received from their end. I also warned them that if they don't give our referral money back then I have to take some serious action against then but it had no effect on them.
