I purchased school shoes from reebok and the *st day of its wear the sole was out. I personally took the shoes to the showroom from where I purchased to my surprise they said: “sorry we can't do anything you mail it to reebok”. I did that further to my surprise they replied that shoes don’t come under warranty because you bought it on sale. My question is do company like reebok gives substandard product under sale.
