ICICI Bank Customer Care Number - Redumption of bond

I am calling the coustemer care from last **/** days they give proper reply if I say to transfer the call to senior they just say okay and the call is hang up i have mailed them all the documents mailed back that it's really a emergency for me then also they are not responding properly please solve the problem ASAP. I have mailed */* time time leaving the documents mail after that I am making call from last **/** days and every single time they just hang up the call
This all is being going from last * months .nor the bank satff is supporting properly.please look into the matter soon please help me out
