Mi Not 7 Pro - Redmi note 7 Pro not delivered

I placed an order for Redmi note * Pro Space Black *GB+**GB, on **/**/****. But till today I didn't receive my product, Please find the attached invoice also. Many times i called MI customer care department, but i i didn't get any solution for my issues.I m getting the tracking detailed like, Shipment out for Pick up, i dont know what is wrong with Xiaomi.
This customer care service is an utter flop, we loved MI phone and like to use the same, but after booking and made complete the payment , ** days now. Nobody have an idea where is my product.
Now Who will provide a solution for this. We never expected this kind of service from Xiaomi
