Witzeal pvt ltd's bigcash app i have installed and in it i m playing poker but on **th september **** at *:**am i have redeemed **** Amount in my paytm wallet of mobile number ********** but money not received in my wallet nd i have raised a complain on dhirender.singh@witzeal.com but i didt get answer from them nd when i query from paytm then they answer that **** amount is not received from bigcash app so plz help me for this complain
