RedBus Yellowpedal northern bus - RedBus India bus services extremely pathetic

I and my ** yrs old daughter are travelling to Manali and it’s our first ever trip that I planned, we were very excited but all got spoiled as I booked my ticket for **-**-** for the time *:**pm and I left my place a beforehand because of the protests and when I reached I came to know that my timings of the bus have changed to *:** pm....why that I don’t know, if I have booked a ticket a particular tym there must be some reason know, after that too bus did not arrive at that time infact I talked to yellow pedal owners who were there only they did not have anything to say but said mam aarahi hai now it was **:**pm when the bus arrived...further the bus should have been filled with the bookings but left and came back again to the boarding point and stayed there for another * hr to fill the bus and then after ** we left ...at * approximately we re at Murthal...few passengers boarded again and they booked through make my trip and they were also waiting for last * hrs to board the bus....my point is why did the company did not make me board the bus which was safe for a women and a child travelling alone for the first time and extremely disappointed that I had to reach Manali at * am and I will be reaching Manali at * pm ...* hrs delay...I want my complete refund which is ₹ **** and apologies too. I am even scared that I have booked yet another return ticket from redBus only for **-**-** at *:**pm, what will happen that day. I and my daughter had pathetic start to strip because of the company.
