We have booked a ticket from Myailadudurai to Chennai on **/**/**** in Sri Venkatachalapathy tours and travels AC sleeper/seater. We * (* female and * male) were ready for boarding at bus station, we have been informed that bus will be delayed ** min late, a min later we received a message that bus is cancelled and amount will be refunded. We fought against the Bus representative, finally they arranged a tempo traveler and boarded us to chennai and promised to refund Rs. **** in * business days.
