This complaint is with regards to my HDFC Credit Card Number: **** **** **** ****. My card expired before * years itself but still, I have been receiving the statements month on month. I did utilize the card for Rs **,***.** for a credit limit of Rs. **,*** in a span of * months and have made the payment of Rs. ***** during the same tenure. However, I further did the payments of Rs. **,*** as well which in total becomes Rs **,***.** for usage of Rs. **,*** but still my card shows an overdue balance Rs. **,***.**. I am not looking for any reversal but needs resolution and cancellation of my card which has already expired * years back. I am very much frustrated by chasing the HDFC Credit Card Dept with numerous calls & email's (including higher authorities) but yet no resolution. I have attached the detailed calculation file for reference. Please look into this and help to resolve by driving this never-ending process for closure.
