I have paid recruitment agency starbull.in global business solutions , gurugram , delhi company. on ** & ** th dec **** for recruiting me in mnc company but they failed to deliver the service instead of this they asked more money for placement , when i denied they stopped taking my calls from may **** they are not responding nor refunding any amount only giving foul assurance on email whenever i am emailing them of payment. they are now harassing me mentally by pulling up the time giving excuses for not giving payments.
