We Are Paduka Crafts A SUPPLIER On Meesho. We Had Received Two Orders for Leather Jutti On **Jan.**** & * Feb ****. The Orders Were Successfully Delivered But we got Mail from Meesho with the reason That in Both order, The Customers Received Empty Boxes And They Deducted The Both Order Value As Recovery Amount From Us (as we are Supplier). After A Long Proper Conversation We Got Payment Approved For Our First Order On Dated ** Fab **** And For Second Order Got Approval After The Submission Of Video While We Were Packing The Order, On Dated ** Feb **** With Ticket ID ********, ******** & ********. Although The Payment Approved By Meesho on , But No Any Amount Were Credit In Our Account, and more than of that they deduct the amount after the confirmation of approval mail the deduction were made on ** Feb.**** & ** Feb ****, while we received approval on **th Feb & **th Feb ****. It Is Approx * Months That We Continue Writing And Communicating With The Support Team, But Still, The Issue Is Unresolved. We Already File GST For The Particular Period But The Amount Has Yet Not Been Paid By Meesho, Now the support team said that although The supplier (we are) provided packaging video still no any amount will be paid to supplier ,they also said that approval ticket were a fake commitment. We Want Our Total Order Value Rs. ****.** & apology mail from Meesho . If we not get refund of order value, We want to ensure Meesho, that we will surely file case against Meesho .
