Effizent seele private limited - Recovery of my money due to non supportive staff

I had invested Rs*****/to become member of of gst kendra, he had given discount worth Rs. **** but paymnet not received yet. The following details are as under
*.RM (Arun Sharma) not supporting, coordinating, to me for fulfill my client requirement within time
*.i had written mail to GST centre to change RM but no any action taken against RM
*.Due to above behaviour of my RM, my existing client has denied to my services its created big loss for me
*. MH***** Identy number my id number.
*. Now I am very frusted and close this business intimation email sent customer services and asking for recovery of fund.
*.this compliant raised against recovery of my money /fund.
