Visas Avenue Pvt Ltd - Recovering Funds from NonResponsive Consulting Firm

I engaged the services of Visas Avenue Pvt. Ltd. on July **th, ****, for Canada's Permanent Residency.
-They asked me to take an IELTS test, and with * attempts, I was able to get the required score of *. After getting the scores, they asked for more good scores to start the process.
- I felt something wrong with this consultancy and asked them to stop my process and refund the money because they had not done anything until now as they just took my money and asked me to keep on taking IELTS exams.
- During COVID time, they made me wait for * years just to respond on a call.
- Despite multiple follow-ups and the passage of considerable time of * years, the firm has not provided any of the promised services.
- I have made numerous attempts to contact the firm via phone and email to request a refund. Unfortunately, they have not responded to any of my communications properly.
- The lack of response and failure to deliver services has caused me significant distress and inconvenience as they purposefully changed my case managers multiple times, and every time I have to follow up with them, I have to start from the beginning of my story, explain them about my intent and wait for at least ** days to get an update about my case
