myntra designs pvt ltd - recived diffrent product

I ordered jeans pants from myntra platform which was delivered to me on **th May, I was unwell due to travel harassment.Due to which I sent my father to collect the shipment but he did not know what was ordered and hence he took the packet by giving the OTP without checking it.When we opened the packet at home we were stunned. We received a body lotion, luckily we recorded a video of it, .I also spoke to the delivery agent and he also said that he had received the same goods for which I have the video footage of the delivery office as well as the call recording of the delivery agent.I also complained to myntra customer care multiple times but I did not get any solution from there. Now I hopeless. All the sellers of Myntra are cheaters. It's been a full month now but there is no solution.
