Street Fusion - Recived different product than what Ordered

My Uncle (maternal Uncle) ordered * shirt combo in ***/- from Street Fusion.
It was cash on delivery. When he opened the package there was not even one shirt, which was shown in the images for advertising and they sent only one jeans which was of poor quality and was barely ***/- or ***/- locally. It was really disheartening that now I can't even claim refund or replacement of it because they erased the order history from the website. My account is still on that site - Manojpatel****@gmail.com.
Please help us in any way possible. I want his money refunded, don't want this jeans, and at least I want other people being saved from being scammed by these fraudsters. Please do something about it. Thank you!!
