Bigfashion Hub - Recieved wrong product

Ordered a set of shirts from the big fashion hub. However, received the wrong set of clothes than ordered and which is of cheap quality. Also, one of the shirts is torn off.

Replied to the customer care and received only one mail saying thanks for contacting and we are looking into the issue. It has been two months and still not received any update or refund.
