Turboshopp - recieved the package but actual product missing

I ordered one ultra hd action camera for rs**** including delivery charge from turboshopp on **/*/**** and recieved delivery on **/*/****. my friend recieved it as I was not available. but from inside the package I got only an empty box, so I complained about it through email as turboshopp doesnt have contact no. I mailed on **/*/****.
they replied stating that they have lodged an FIR against the logistic company and inspection will be done and I will get replacement in *-** business days. I asked for refund but as I got empty box so I will get only replacement.I agreed for it.
on */*/**** again i mailed asking about status of my complaint. on */*/**** they mailed me saying that they are dispacthing my product *-*days. but till date I havnt got my replacement nor refund as i asked for refund again as they wernt dispacthing my product.
