Oldcraftys com - Recieved item not similar to what was ordered

I had ordered * designer kurtas which had a specific apprearance on the website but the item I recieved was very different from what I had ordered. I recieved the item and opened it and realised it was entirely different. I then called the courier boy and he even said that he was suspicious of it being fake, but then again it shouls have been his responsibility to warn us but he didn't. Then he gave us a number of Satya from Bluedart - satyaks@bluedart.com and he advised us to write the e-mail and assured us that the money would be refunded. Bluedart should have some responsibility from their side and help to return this item and refund my money back. The shipment number is #***********. It would be a great help if bluedart helps me in returning the item after giving an assurety on the above statement. Also the site does not have any contact info at all and it's not possible to return the item from their site although the item is returnable
