Cetaphil cleanser - Recieved fake product

I ordered a Cetaphil cleanser few days ago while I received a fake copy of Cetaphil cleanser as it has different texture and colour than real one . The real Cetaphil cleanser is of milky white color with no fragrance while the one jiomart sent me is of brown colour and has lot of coffee like fragrance also the package is much different from the real one. atleast return your product u are not even ready to return and refund my money . Such a bad service. I want my money back or give me a real Cetaphil cleanser by exchange asapppp!!!!!!
