carbamide forte - Recieved fake damaged supplement

I recieved carbamide forte multivitamin with probiotics supplement on * June **** at *:**pm from flipkart, this is second time i ordered it. After dinner when i was opening seal i realised it was loosely packed, furthermore, there are remains of already removed seal. Tablets are also fake, they are darker than earlier and there's no vertical line on tablet. There's no-return policy for these products on flipkart. I reached for help on flipkart and and requested a call within next ** minutes at **:** pm and it's been **:** pm and there's no call from them, i want to take legal action against them, what can i do.
