Super Watch Store - Recieved Fake CK Watch instead of Fossil Chronograph

I had ordered for Fossil Chronograph watch as it was displayed on facebook it costed *k (approx) but was on discount for Rs ****/- including additional **% discount, what I received from Shadowfax courier was a fake Ck watch with the box completely torn. I am requesting to please refund the money, this was supposed to be given on my brothers birthday.

They are displaying good watches and and delivering different fake watches. They even don't have any contact details and support on there website.
