on July **th **** I contacted fashion point through their WhatsApp number given on their Instagram profile ( ********** ). I made an order of **** Rs on July **th itself . I paid ****rs through online payment and agreed to pay rest of the money as COD . I received my order on august **th ****. the problem is I received totally different products from what I ordered. when I reached out to them they denied the fact that they are different . but when complained by comparing the photos of products they posted and what I received they said they would replace them and denied to accept the return. but then they stopped responding to my texts. its been ** days and they are still not responding. I want to return all of them and get my refund and also I request for compensation for loss of my time and money .
