Heritagethread co - Recieved different product in online shopping

Ordered * readymade garments from heritagethread.co website. Order id ***** om ** july ****. I received the delivery today through bluedart express with AWB No. ***********. When we opened the courier , all the * products were just unstitched cloth peices and not the readymade garments which we ordered. The company website has no contact number on which we can reach out. However, we do have a contact number which the company uses to verify the purchase.
