I had placed an order for crown capping machine. Order ID gs********

The first time I received completely wrong machine. I returned it and I got the replacement after a month's time of my original order date. But this time the machine is damaged(handle is broken) and the machine is of a lower quality build.
I want to return the machine and a refund of my money so that I can buy a better quality machine from elsewhere.
I don't want the broken part to be replaced.
I want the better quality machine or my money back. I have already lost a month's time waiting for the machine.
