I ordered " LIGHT EAR MUFFS WITH TALLS" from MEESHO on ** December **** and I recieved the product on ** December .Since it was prepaid the delivery boy didnt wait till i open the parcel he went off. When I checked it was totally different product as compared to the ordered one.The next moment it self i requested to return the order but when the delevery boy came to pick up he said . We have sent the same product which is displayed so if you have that one then i will pick up the product or else no. Then i contacted the Meesho costomer care they too arent responding properly . They said the same thing that they have sent the correct product although i have posted a photo of the recieved product along with the return request
And they arent either ready to pick the wrong product or to initiate the refund
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
