I am Baskar Using the mobile no ********** more than ** years in Airtel Network, Now in the recent days I feel the service provided to me is not up to the level, I am totally dissatisfied with Airtle’s service, The problem I am facing are
I have recharged my mobile number with Rs.*** (** days validity - Daily *GB internet - Valid till **-Feb-****), From **-jan-**** Internet is not working in my phone, regarding this I have registered a complaint with Service Req. No. CLCQU*CHN************** on **-**-**** an still the complaint is not resolved. Regarding this I have raised another email to Airtel ( nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com, customercare@ng.airtel.com, airtel.presence@in.airtel.com ) Immediately got reply from nodalofficer.tn@in.airtel.com stating that my problem will be resolved on **-**-****, But my query is I have paid for ** days service and from that Airtel is denying to give * days days of service to me. I am really mentally disappointed for this kind of reply and service from Airtel.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
