I made a recharge on my jio number two months ago but the recharge was not successful due to low internet speed. I complaint against this to jio many times but any positive response was not there. They only wasted time by saying that it is banks fault.i visited bank and received the documents which stated that money was cut successfully from bank. Afterwards I made an email with documents attached along with it but i haven't received my money.
