Teenpatti master - Recharge not received in my wallet

Sir,
After repeatedly requesting to the customer service till now they have not solve my problem. On ** September ** I have recharge with UPI ************ and on * October **** with UPI ************ I have recharge again but still I have not received in my wallet.
Your help will be much appreciated.

They didn't add many transactions debited from my bank account and failed in app. Recently their application is not showing the accurate winnings. They show very lesser in winnings which made me to loose more money....
