Teenpatti master - Recharge not received in my wallet

Sir,
After repeatedly requesting to the customer service till now they have not solve my problem. On ** September ** I have recharge with UPI ************ and on * October **** with UPI ************ I have recharge again but still I have not received in my wallet.
Your help will be much appreciated.
