LOKESH VARSHNEY filed complaint against Airtel DTH on May 13, 2019
Refer account no **********-***. Recharge was done twice for Rs. ***/-. Initially, the additional account was separate. The secondary account is not in use for months together but during last two recharges of ***/- charges of secondary connection have been deducted (***/- for two months each). The complaint was registered but no action taken for refund. Kindly take suitable action.
