Airtel DTH - recharge money deduction wrongly

This is not for the first time that airtel is cheating me. They have been cheating me from last * or * months. Whenever i get my id airtel id ********** recharged company use to deduct my account balance without any cost. They use to make me call to get my account recharge but whenever i get it same then they use to start their same habit again i.e of deduction. same happened on *th november ****. i got my account recharged by ***Rs and company deducted the whole amount in one hour only. And after one hour sercices of dth stopped. Evidence photo is attached below
