Google Pay and BSNL - Recharge is not done and my is not refunded which is Diducted from my account

I have recharged on ** August **** of *** and recharge is done by google pay and my money is diducted from my account i complainted * times till now i have no resolution and one transaction which is done my friend of *** rupees is not showing on my account but google send only notification of *** rupees received it is showing in only Google pay transaction section not in bank balance and statements
