I had recharged with ₹**** of one year plan last year on **/**/****, again mistakenly i recharged again with ₹**** on
**/**/**** and i got a message that recharge is successful and validity extended to * years.
But after * year my validity got expire.
I had complained to customer care dept. but they are continuously saying that your plan is only for * year and you have to recharge it again.
what should i do now?i have to attend online classes.
are my ₹**** gone wasted?

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
