My mobile number is :**********, I had given a complaint to DOT also regarding that, So airtel people called me and told that they cant give the refund nor the extension of the plan, I had recharged Rs ****/- for * year till aug ****, I had done addtional recharge for For Rs ****/- for *gb data plan... All other operators will keep the plan in que after the current plan is completed the new recharged plan will start but here in airtel they immediately started the new plan and they ignored the old plan and It has gone for a toss which is completely not accepted, So I need the compensation or the extension
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
