I recharged a wrong Airtel number through paytm. The recharge was intended for my number which is also Airtel. I called paytm they told I need to call Airtel with the order reference, they can revert it back or do something. However when I called Airtel *** they told its not possible. The supervisor told the number is not valid but it was valid. The manager told below *** wrong recharge cannot be reversed. He also said recharge from third party app is not refunded. He said like many digits of the number are different but it's not. So this is how I am getting grinded between paytm and Airtel.
