I did a prepaid recharge of Rs.**** for my Airtel number ********** through SBI YONO LITE APP Bank on January ** morning *.**.
My amount was deducted from Bank. I received a transaction ID stating that the recharge was successful. But it was not credited to my prepaid account.
After repeated complaint to Airtel customer service, everytime they closed the case without any resolution.
As I wanted to use the number I recharged on ** January. . I also contacted the nodal officer of Nagercoil. But after repeated attempts, I didn't get the refund. I am an Airtel customer for last ** years. Really frustated with Airtel now.
