I have recharged my number using airtel thanks app. The benifits are not added. When I called *** (number for airtel payments) they said I should call ***. When I called *** they say I need to call ***. Same thing repeated .more then ** times. I have even mailed to ***@in.airtel.com. I have th transaction ID and the sms recieved from them that the transaction was successful. Main important part is the customer care members are very rude. They don't want to listen to the customer problem. They just want to say what they want.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
