I have recently purchased an Android tv box from supeal.com commercial site.The item which they showed to me on purchase mismatch with the item I received.I have ordered a T* android tv box with specs of *gb/**gb variant for a price of ₹****+₹*** COD.The item was sent through FeDex couriers which I received on time.On opening the box I found that the item they shipped to me was a different variant with *gb/*gb specs which was actually ₹*** cheaper than what I paid.I then gave a feedback to supeal.com but nobody responded.This is not a matter of money (if it’s even ₹*)but will loose trust in this type of e-commerce sites.Take this as my complaint and kindly do the needful.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
