Moneed - Receiving warning message from Moneed

I have received messages(SMS) from Moneed as quoted below:
"Sir/Madam, Here is moneed where Mr Parshuram Gaikwad, his number **********X, whose father name.. Chandrakanth Gaikwad, still keeps overdue even informed more than ** times,. He is submitted your number as a reference as a guarantor.. Last warning for you tell him make the payment other remove your number,.. moneed loan"

I am confident, this is a hoax message. where do I lodge a complaint against this service, such messages should be blocked from the provider itself.
